1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our consulting services.

2. Intellectual Property & System Ownership

All bespoke software systems developed by Lognesia under client contracts become the exclusive property of the client upon completion of engagement terms, including full source code, database schemas, and documentation.

All proprietary pre-built components, architectural libraries, and website presentation assets remain the intellectual property of Lognesia.

3. Service Warranties & SLA

Custom software systems built by Lognesia include a minimum 30-day warranty post-deployment covering bug fixes, formula validation, and logic discrepancy adjustments as defined in the specific Scope of Work (SOW).

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
